Biography

I obtained my BSCE in Mathematics & Engineering (Control and Communiation) from Queen's University in 2005. Currently, I am a M.SC.Eng student in the Communication Group at the Department of Mathematics & Statistics at Queen's under the supervision of professor Fady Alajaji

Research

My current research is focused on channel coding. In particular, I am anlyzing the Queue Based Channel (QBC), which is a non-memoryless channel. My work invistigates the performance of the block codes when transmitted over this channel.

My research interest includes:

  • Information Theory
  • Channel Coding
  • Digital and Wireless Communications
