Prospective Graduate Students: PhD / MS Research Assistant Position
:
There is a possible PhD level student opening in our group, and possibly a Master's level student position. If you are interested in joining us, please have a look at my research work, and see if the topics are what you might be interested in; either in control systems or communication systems (If you are an NSERC or OGS type grant/fellowship holder, you will most likely be admitted if there is a common interest). The essential requirement is that the applicant must be curiously interested in mathematics or applied mathematics and engineering (control or communication systems). If you wish to apply, please first email me with a subject line consisting of  'application for graduate studies'. The applicants should follow the guidelines listed here. Typically students with backgrounds in applied mathematics/ electrical and computer engineering / systems (mechanical, systems, industrial, aerospace) engineering with strong interests in mathematical sciences will find the graduate program very stimulating and rewarding. Please also visit our control and communications group sites.
